The modern Explorer is FWD based.

In 2035 we’ll have the Chevy ‘Murica Fuck Yeah Edition.

The hammocks are an excellent suggestion. I love camping, but there’s nothing worse than having to sleep in a poorly ventilated space on a warm, humid summer night. A good breeze or at least some airflow makes all the difference!

I skimmed a Car & Driver article about as well - apparently it’s based on the Rogue’s platform and uses its drivetrain, so I think you’re exactly right since it’s starting price is also right around the Rogue’s.

Two major ones for me that I haven’t seen in the comments:

Subarus. Leaking oil is just like, life.

I’d even go so far as to say if the button on the Tesla were on opposite sides of the steering wheel and appropriately sized, it would be acceptable.

Disc brakes are a “teach-a-man-to-fish”, though. It only requires a few basic tools and there’s really not a lot to critically fuck up. Have a friend or relative who knows how to do it spot you the first time and you’re golden.

If you have a weird kei-truck fetish

2. The power was crazy for the time. In 2006, a Mustang’s 4.0 V6 made 210hp. Honda’s V6 was a 3.0 making 200hp. Toyota’s V6 was a 3.0 making 190hp. GM’s 4.3 V6 was making 195hp. And Mitsubishi unleashes a 3.8 V6 that pumped out 263hp...that was insane!

We really should be investing in new nuclear reactors.
