Last week, the Washington Post reported that the North Korean government had given the U.S. a $2 million bill for Warmbier’s “healthcare”.

I think people made this exact joke on here yesterday, that it was clearly her fault. I'm not sure anyone believed they'd be stupid enough to try and actually blame her. There really is literally no bottom anymore.
