Can it transport a person on a litter?  Or is it just for hauling around EMTs and their gear?  Because it seems to me it’d be a poor choice for an ambulance.  A station wagon would be a better pick if you wanted kind of a small ambulance.

When I saw the image I assume this was just new standard CT livery to warn people that a CT is coming their way to they can get to a safe distance. And the life support gear on board is also required in the event that it severely cuts/crushes the owner or a passenger.
