The fact that that Camaro was “racing” a Miata with a tiny fraction of the power really highlights how out of their depth the Camaro driver was.

At least the person who probably thought they could learn to race a car by watching enough F&F movies did it on a track rather than in the street.

Tourists as natural disaster, or a Covid plague, I like it.

I get what the advisory was intended for. It wasn’t saving Santorini for the tourists. It was saving Santorini residents *from* the tourists. Like warning people to stay indoors because there’s a hailstorm predicted.

A day after an article with the majority here wanting it to be much harder to get a license in the country and easier to lose one. This kid shouldn’t be allowed to drive ever again, prison sentence or not.

He’s an investment banker. He has only one value, and that is “I take other people’s money.”

Yeah, by the time it became possible to own a Cybertruck, it had already been extremely clear for quite some time that Musk was a right-wing lunatic.  This guy is simply realizing that it trickles down to him too.

“I’m tough and manly but also kinda care about the environment maybe?"

You are not. The Model Y (and Cybertruck) is a locally made product to me, which I’d be happy to buy if it didn’t mean giving money to Musk, who has apparently promised to then give it directly to Donald Trump.

Taking Musk/Trump out of the equation, exactly what values was he trying to project with a Cybertruck to begin with?

Elon is the only reason I don’t have a Tesla sitting in my driveway right now. I can’t be the only one.

yeah, but the headline got ya to click, didn’t it?  truth no longer matters.

That’s what it looks like to me too - you can see it rebound from the pole while the payphone is pure roadkill.

Looks more like the light-pole did the trick. The phone pedestal offered no resistance whatsoever.

You know he does have a point about leaving one screen to do vehicle functions. It would be amazing if something as simple as a button located to the left of the steering wheel could open that frunk in one simple push! Seems so obvious but alas that’s just a feat of engineering we can’t accomplish

Truly, the most apocalypse ready vehicle is one that requires and endless series of software checks and troubleshooting that ultimately doesn’t work.

Actually, I think it is a simple fix.

Ah, Texas. The shining star of the south.

Nothing to see here... just a bunch of Responsible Gun Owners doing Responsible Gun Owner things.  Move along!
