Someone told her not to worry about the car catching fire since she’d be underwater on her loan.

for me if im going to spend $200k on a car id get something other than the 911

It has... wider hips!!!

Boy, I can’t wait to roll up to someone with a lesser 911 and say “mine has turbos with larger impeller wheels and a modified housing supply to force in more air.” The look on the other guy’s face will be worth the $80,000+ extra I paid. What a fool he will feel as we both roll up toward the 45 mph speed limit on a

Sports cars should have ragtops. Retractable hard tops are for luxury cars.

I really hope this is a Troll comment. It’s like saying: “Many football players and race cars are still alive, therefore those are both inherently safe and harmless sports. Furthermore let’s get rid of any protections for those sports because X% of players/participants never get hurt.” Sigh.

We didn’t all die, so clearly safety features don’t mean shit.

And there is certainly not more cars and the speed limits aren’t higher and it is totally not more dangerous to drive... I learned in a 64 bel air with no seat belts because that was what was available at the time. My kids get airbags because of the stupid shit I see people do every day.

‘Of course, this is where many of you jump right to the comments and talk about how you did just fine in whatever beater, death-trap you drove as a teenager. But you got lucky, and I bet every one of you has a story about another young person who wasn’t so fortunate.’

Kinda lame name (not too much worse than the Cayanne Pepper or the Macan).

Who can buy one? She…can.

I agree with others, it isn’t that bad. It’s not gorgeous but there are lots of uglier SUVs or cars that are terrifyingly ugly.

I think this is one of those cars that will look better in the darker colors people will actually buy them in rather than mac & cheese orange.

I dunno, I don’t think it’s too bad, with exception for the color. Nice side profile, rear end looks good.

If they would have given in years ago and gave it an automatic or twin clutch, sales would have tripled and it could have made money. But no, they had to be stubborn and offer it only with the antiquated manual that 95% of people don’t want. It was always going to fail and it’s their own fault.

This is why I will only lease (with a good money factor (interest rate) and solid residual— or buy a used/CPO car. Cars have def gone up more than inflation.

Maybe I give people too much credit, but I doubt any early tech adopters that have a spare $1000 to tie up for a year, or more, are fooled about what it costs to deliver this kind of product.

I was a reservation holder that was expecting the performance model first... but instead I got the long range since that was out first. so no not all reservation holders are waiting on the $35k version.

The title had a clickbait title and “wrecked a quarter of a million bucks into the dirt and got away with it.” Sounds like they ran away from the scene, through the desert or on a camel. If that meant “survived it” then just a weird word choice.
