This is very funny & I enjoyed it. Thank you.

I call my partner ‘honey bear.’ I also call the dog ‘honey bear.’ No one’s hurt by it.

I thought it was Tennis Camp, but I like your interpretation better.

I was picturing picnic basket shoulder pads and frothy gingham. Then I realized that’s a picnic...nothing to do with either camp.

LOL...oh Pioneer Woman! She’s more a brand than anything else, now.

It was Clover and I stopped watching the series after that spoiler. I stopped reading Jez for awhile too, because fuck that.

I think referring to her as a friend seems kinder, as they were going to spend time together the night she was murdered.

My work (manufacturing) isn’t air conditioned in the summer and I spend a lot of time on the shop floor. Typically, I get by with capri pants and skirts. But this summer it’s skort time and it feels very freeing to say that.

THEY ARE!

I am in the almost ideal situation for a misanthropic introverted dog-lover, with a partner who has 50/50 custody of his son, so we’re really only together-together every other week. I love having him around, but I also love the weeks when I come home to my puppy and it’s just us. We’re 10 years into our relationship

Also, for fans of Mae Whitman.

“It is much healthier for people, as well as pets, to eat a balanced diet with lean meats as protein sources, as well as vegetables, fruits and healthy grains.”

Most sorry to hear about Peter Mayhew.

I don’t like the ones that are a skirt in the front and shorts in the back. Growing up, that’s all I ever saw. Now they’re better. But I think (from online skort reviews) women perceive them to only be flattering on a narrow body type.

This is the most succinct expression of my single life that I have ever read.

This explains the targeted skort ads on FB right after I looked up a recipe on AllRecipes. Help! Meredith’s pegged me as middle-aged!

As a former bandgeek, absolutely!

Thank you!

How are your appliances and electronics packaged? I’m sure there’s a much better way than the huge pieces of polystyrene that currently package all the appliances and electronics that I’ve purchased recently. I hate throwing 3' pieces of styrofoam in the trash, but there’s no current way in my area to dispose of them
