US Forest Service announces that Smokey the Bear is now renamed Choppy the Lumberjack
I stick by my statement. I am plenty happy with mine in both performance and comfort. Even if I were buying again, I still would buy a non-PP model.
With one kid, you basically climb into the back seat with them and buckle them in.
The problem there is that the Fusion at this point is just warmed over leftovers from 2013. Ever since they decided that they would focus on SUV’s there has been minimal development on the Fusion. Meanwhile the Accord and Camry have both been redone for MY 2018, and the Sonata and Legacy are both getting new versions t…
Also, it sucks bending to heft a kid into a car seat, and it sucks trying to sneak them past the sloping rear door profile of a sedan
Ah, ok, that makes sense with the GVWR vs actual weight. But still if I am reading my state’s (TX) licensing right, that means you have to get a non-CDL class B license. That allows “a single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 lbs or more”.

With doors getting thicker, rear seats just aren’t what they used to be. Throw in stricter and stricter child seat requirements that keep them in seats until puberty, and many sedans become 2+2's. It is now easier to fit 3 adults in a back seat than 3 toddlers.
On a certain level, a rotary car is a little more like owning an airplane than a normal car. You can’t let maintenance slide, you have to follow all the procedures, and you have to know what the hell you are doing.
Everyone was on vacation.
“That’s basically the same experience, right?”
A $2100 lease is about the same as my mortgage + taxes + home owner’s + the loan payment on both mine and my wife’s cars.
Thats a trifle disappointing to hear. There are some used Q70h’s nearby that I had an eye on.
