I think if they took Mr McParland’s idea and film it entirely in stop motion with real Hot Wheels toys, it might have a chance. But Peter Lin is the wrong guy for this. Travis Knight from Laika probably has the most experience right now with stop motion.

So combine your idea with Mr McParland’s

Can we please just let Saab rest in peace already?

Hate? Nah, it’s a perfectly good hatchback and I don’t hold anyone’s choice against them.

I just want to say that Ewan McGreggor as Lumiere was the greatest thing about Beauty and the Beast.

I put “SUV” in quotes because I parked next to one recently at a movie theater parking lot. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t much taller than the Infiniti sedan parked next to it.

My first time learning stick, my dad yelled at me “Go call 911 now!!!”. I knew what he was talking about.

And that one Porsche is an “SUV”.

So now I am 15. It’s not my first time to drive a real car, but it’s my first time to drive stick shift. My dad pulls the car out of the driveway and into the alley. We switch sides. I am less than graceful with the clutch and end up causing it to lurch forward suddenly and hard. This is a pretty common error first

My uncle got a used go-kart for his son (my cousin) to drive. I was 11 at the time I think. We took it to a church’s front driveway which was a sort of oval with a long concrete island in the middle. The idea being that cars could come in, drop off, and loop back around and exit. Or also used as an impromptu Go-kart

I am genuinely impressed at the time and care taken on those fender flares over the top tire.

The great thing is, if you don’t like your neighbors, you can just pull up the anchor and sail someplace else.

Yup

Wait, I am missing something here. 3 tons is 6,000 lbs. The Hellcat Demon has a curb weight of 4,600lbs and a GVWR of 5,500 lbs. I don’t see the problem with the Demon. It’s big but not that big

Another fact to blow your mind. 1st gen Kia Sportages (‘94-’04 I think) were also longitudinal, and the 4WD models were honest to god 4x4 with a transfer case and a low range.

If he really owns a ‘99 Grand Vitara, his cool factor just went up half a notch in my book.

All good choices.

I don’t know what hatchback you have, but you should try it with my wife’s Nissan Note. Every time we start to pass a slower car, they suddenly rediscover the gas pedal and speed up.
