In any respectable tribunal, certain evidence is given more weight than others. The witnesses are all basically submitting hearsay - I’m not sure how a Title IX Tribunal treats it, but in a court of law - it’s not considered (generally speaking). Thus, the “victim’s” own testimony should be given the most weight.…
