I agree that boneless/skinless have less flavor - especially so for breasts - which are garbage. But a good marinade/rub on thighs taste great (to me) and they’re easier to shovel into my fat face.

Yes! I forgot to mention the price. Thighs are extremely cheap too. Dark meat is juicier, tastier, cheaper (I don’t give a shit if breast meat is healthier, it’s not as good) and easy to prepare. Brats are another go to. They’re damn near impossible to screw up.
