For all the shit this league catches (and rightfully so) for having scumbag players suiting up every week, I’m baffled this trash bag of a human being is allowed to be employed at all in the NFL.

I mean, the numbers seem to indicate he’s better when Ramos doesn’t catch. Ramos is one bat out of nine in the lineup. I’m bad at math, but it seems like it would make more sense to have a more effective pitcher and a slightly less potent bat at catcher. But as the others have noted, this is the Mets so I’m not…

From a logical standpoint, if he pitches better with guys that are NOT Ramos, wouldn’t it follow that you don’t need as much firepower in the lineup? 

I attended a lot of games when the Tigers were competitive - which ended about three years ago. At the end of a couple of those seasons, they claimed to have (I think!) 3 million fans attend games over the course of the season. I’m sure those numbers were somewhat inflated, but it’s pretty crazy that they look to be…
