I never liked the idea of non-Jedi or non-Sith lightsaber wielders. I liked the blind guy from Rogue One and how he was a non-Jedi Force user, but the Force is supposed to be this mystical energy that anyone can tap into (as long as you have enough midichloridians I guess). The lightsaber is supposed to be this

Jurassic World 2 was about saving the dinosaurs. Jurassic World 3... is about shaving them!

I’d even say the cheese-whiz joke is fairly accurate to what a lot of people deal with where it’s difficult for even friends to handle how they perceive others SHOULD be acting in their minds and lashing out when it doesn’t fit reality. It could also be that Rhodey already had to deal with Tony’s depression and he

Yes. It’s worth pointing out that when he got his mojo back at the end, he didn’t instantly lose the weight (which would’ve been so easy to do), so we got Badass Fat Thor too.

The joke about cheese-whiz flowing through his veins was the one thing that mildly irked me, but it wasn’t about it possibly being fat shaming joke it was that supposedly Thor and Rhodey are supposed to be at least somewhat close friends and he was mocking the incredibly obvious period of mental anguish Thor was

I’m right there with you. Having depressed Thor sitting around playing Nintendo, drinking beer, but maintaining his buff surfer body would have seemed... off. I thought his story was handled with humor but also with empathy. I’m a fat guy, and I had no problem with any of it.

Yep. As someone who is overweight I have no problems with the jokes that were made in Endgame. And even if I had a problem, the portrayal of Thor’s depression was amazing.

You Know, from the title, I immediately thought, “Oh, an actual appropriate use of the slide show, finally”. Then I realized this was just someone gripping about everything they didn’t have an answer to.
It’s almost like Linda wasn’t born before trailers gave away the whole movie in 90 seconds or something.

This.

seriously, holy shit.

So Hot Take: I am actually glad they did Fat Thor, it is actually a fairly well done handling of PTSD and depression and how people tend to deal with those who suffer from it, i.e. not well) CinemaWins actually does a great breakdown of it in his video on Endgame. I’m hopeful this film follows through on it.

Seriously! What a bunch of nit-picking bullshit

Holy christ, maybe next time let someone who actually enjoyed the trailer do a breakdown of it

Oh wow I totally had that white one, but completely forgot. Like, haven’t even thought about it in decades.

The jumpstarters were pretty cool, what with their massive feet.

Kara Killgrave has done more face/heel turns than some wrestlers. Do people still turn purple when under her (or her father’s) sway? Might be a clue as to how this falls out/apart.

Baby Skrull, the MCU’s future breakout character.

“Gutsen Glory”? Seriously? The times where puns work as character names are few and far between, and this is not one of them...

If you read the stories you would think different. You are literally judging a book by it's cover

After a couple of authors created a Wookie Jedi in the old EU, Lucas placed a moratorium on any more Wookie Jedi. So yet another example of Disney ignoring Lucas.
