I hear this excuse often but pretty much every community I’ve taken an interest in has been nasty. It’s mostly gaming communities though, so maybe that has something to do with it.

The only reason I might would be for better input lag (though I have my retroarch set up to be pretty darn good), but that remains to be seen. The VC tends to be better on input lag by a slim margin.
