In states I’ve lived, no. If the keys are in the ignition and the car is on, the person in the driver seat is ‘driving.’

Porn.

What he is saying is that you would only set this up for espionage, not that it is in fact espionage. Whatever it is, it isn’t likely good.

This is literally what I am wondering.

I know who he is (I grew up watching the original and post green/white ranger Power Rangers), but like why him? He’s about as Z-list of a celebrity as you can get.

They actually did. On second down. Hightower stuffed it (in what the NE coaches called a miracle play).

Interesting that he beat the indecent exposure charge as many people have protested things by committing acts that could be criminal that still landed them in jail (like Thoreau’s tax evasion in protest of the war). I don’t see how an act of speech removes the fact that the man was standing their indecently exposed to

ISIL produces literature that tells us they want to kill western society and enforce their twisted view of a religion... and Gizmodo commenters rush to defend them. Great.

This is the kind of unfortunate automation that happens, like the situation of 5 people dead in the Ft L area followed by a monster add for the 5 new jobs that just opened in the Ft L area.

You’re talking about a group of people that will kill every last child in attendance because they wore the wrong clothes. It is their religion that women are owned property, they must wear what their master tells them, and if someone were to rape them - they would be executed for it.

But not worse than losing a 28-3 lead with 2:12 left in the 3rd quarter.

SAP (special access programs), also known as “codewords” apparently, are not “above TS”. They are additional restrictions, like need-to-know (not exactly the same, but similar to).

Another thing I see is the notion that if the public knows, it must be unclassified. This is false. There is information that is publicly available that is in reports that are classified TS.

They go through the most invasive background check ever, the Presidential Race.

More likely, you will have your clearance pulled. When you lose your clearance, you will likely lose your job (as the job requires the clearance) and it will be a firing with cause. This means you will lose benefits and stuff.

Need to know also implies that there are control mechanisms with the information, such as the agency that collected the intel can control who can even see it. No intel is supposed to be shared without their permission.

One thing not mentioned (at least with my cursory scan) is that the reason something is classified is often NOT the information itself but because of the collection means.

Wouldn’t even take tequila shots for me, if JLaw was involved.

Trading out of the top 2 or 3 is probably a bad idea. The Lakers will likely take Fultz or Ball in the top 2, but the other isn’t guaranteed to go in the other spot. If you want Josh Jackson, you will probably have to be top 2.

To be real, even if the Lakers somehow luck into a prospect that turns out to be a once in a generation talent - they will still be bad enough to pull a lottery pick next year.
