I can’t see this law holding up in court. This is a very clear attempt to subvert the collective bargaining process. The courts almost never support this idea.

Not saying I support this bill at all, but if you look at the athletes that are playing past 35 (or even near 35), they’ve mostly made $$$.

thanks for the tip about the guest pass. I often stay in places a week or so and hate to rely on the hotel “gym” for anything. Most have the bare necessities to even call itself an exercise center (open floor space and a treadmill).
