Current hardware can emulate current generation titles fine, even without knowledge that designs would have (that gives a distinct advantage).

It's definitely not running on an Xbox. Developers hate using consoles to do demos unless it's live in front of a ton of cameras.

the gun play could use an expert to come in and clean it up a bit. A better cover system and some destructible environments could add quite a bit. . .

I guess you have a point, but the video was complete. If you took the commercial out, you would see 14 "uninterrupted" minutes.

BioShock 2 was very 'meh'. Ken Levine wanted nothing to do with it and it was painful obvious that the publisher forced a new team to do it.

Even still, 800 games at 10 a game is 8000 dollars. I imagine the average is way higher than 10 dollars a game. I could see that being a car worth of money (a new car and a good one)
