I chuckles far longer than I should have.

What next? 4 door coupes?!

Turbo diesels can accomodate low atmospheric pressures because a 25PSI boost at 15PSI altitude becomes a 20PSI boost at 10 altitude. Which is still healthy.

Driving to swimming in under 10 seconds, impressive.

Some notes about tweels that makes me skeptical:

I love the crown Corvairs, but this one looks like they removed everything that makes the Rampsides great. I’d hold out for a Dodge A100 with a 340 swap over this one.

They ran out of runway before they reached the limiter. They were still pulling hard at 160+

Electric motocross would be quite nice. For a short run with high torque requirements it would be great. For a scooter, electric makes total sense. People just want to sit, twist, and go. But for the classical motorcycle rider it makes as much sense to them as a 4 door electric SUV does to a muscle car fan. Not a bad

I would be really really interested in getting my hands on one of these boards to reverse engineer it. My guess is that there are a lot of driver ICs and such. But given the signals shown, a replacement PCA would be feasible to engineer in relatively short order with a bit of research and a working car.

Wait for the back to the Future crossovers.

The 3rd is the standard:

I’d say call me when someone makes one out of cardboard and duct tape, but you might have just done that.

Someone did a head to head comparison test between a kitten, a puppy, a baby, and a new video card. The baby came in dead last.

Nope, the other drivers are almost always effectively uncollectable. So while my family was moving to a place where we can effectively make a new start, the guy who killed my family member was off on a third vacation for the year. Lawyers got involved, but for the insurance companies. Because my dad had gotten

I never associated them with anyone fighting a war at all in my post. Merely that their job puts them in a high risk environment that is largely due to general negligence of the driving culture. My dad has popped his head out of a manhole to see the front bumper of a car that took out the cones, barriers, and made the

Troopers is a title that many states give the state level law enforcement.

My dad had three disk fusion surgeries and cannot golf, go horseback riding, go back packing, and had to retire ten years before he wanted to because someone plowed into him at a red light. Just a ticket was issued.

This frankly goes to show the risks that the troopers are under in just normal duty. If they hadn’t done what they had done, this car would have plowed into potentially an occupied vehicle and caused further injuries. It’s not just violent criminals that threaten lives, but inattentive drivers.

Very true. The cost of entry has been on the rise and the benefit has been on a decline. When I was 16 and I wanted to talk to my friends, it was either the one phone line, or I drive two miles. Now, we can chat online. We can play games against each other from different countries instead of just different couches.
