For scenario 3, the remote play allows for a game’s local multiplayer to work using two PC setups. In other words, a household with two PC’s could play using one copy, instead of having to buy two. They’d still be playing ‘splitscreen’, but it’d be displayed on both tv’s.
I can see the logic, but I feel there are user stories that justify it.

Playing this on PC gives a strange mix of emotions. Nostalgia, uncanny valley, and kid like giddiness. Being able to play Halo with a mouse again is another big cherry on top for me, definitely playing into the child like glee.
