That guy also got super hearing damaged. Inside a sealed space, the damage is so much worse.

I love how he is all badass until he lets off the first shot then cowers.

This is the society you get when you treat firearm ownership as an inalienable right, rather than a privilege with responsibilities.

He looked like a total badass. The control of his weapon points to adequate training. Glad he’s armed and spraying our highways for justice.

Yup, the enlistment bonus car. And the reason so many young military guys have shit finances. Our son has luckily avoided that trap and will exit the USMC with quite a bit of money socked away. And a cheap used car has helped him do that.

You don’t live around a military base do you?
10:1 it’s going to be a black guy barely out of his teens with one. But even still they are popular among the older guys too (25+).
Senior enlisted and officers drive usually in a Scat Pack at minimum, but the number of Hellcats we have around here made me believe they were

Yup. There’s a reason I grab them (being the Challenger, Charger, or 300) as rental cars when I see them over just about anything else.

The thing with Challengers is the owners REALLY like them. It’s kind of the Tommy Bahama of cars.

I always thought the Challenger was the best looking of the three Pony cars

“Computers allow us to make more mistakes faster than any other human invention, with the possible exception of Handguns...”

Social media was a mistake.

I’ve never approached 200 mph, but the level of concentration needed to drive at sustained speeds over 120mph on public roads, or the Autobaun as i’ve experienced, isn’t as fun as people would think it is. Just because the car is capable, doesn’t mean the driver is.

Yeah man right there with you… My Citroen C3 Cactus rental car blasted down the autobahn full throttle at 130 Kph last November somewhere around Frankfurt… It was awesome. To me everything going by me looked like that 911 Polizei car.

Similar experience with a 928 passing no less.  They were by and out of sight in seconds, and I was doing at least 80 mph

Thanks to my Army enlistment served as NATO headcount in Germany, I’ve experienced first hand the Germans and their love affair with ripping down the Autobahn.

Sounds like what happened in Montana years ago.  Assholes showed up and killed the party.

130km/h doesn’t seem all that fast after the early days of the pandemic! The Mass turnpike regularly flowed at 95mph/150kmh with the speeders doing about 110mph/180kmh+

I’ve spent a couple months in Germany. One of the big things that Germans get that Americans don’t is the idea of being an adult.

If that doesn’t scream police state I don’t know what does.

The forfeitures numbers are terrifying. Imagine you are on a family vacation and some small town cop decides your car and all your stuff is now their property and you have to sue to get it back.
