You are gonna go insane and probably get divorced, sleeping inside of a truck for a month and smelling like a truck for an appreciable time after.

I’ve grown fond of the finer things in life, like beds, showers, and warm food at the end of a long drive.

why someone wouldn’t choose either a Koenigsegg, Porsche, or Ferrari; Koenigsegg because they just seem cool as hell, Porsche and Ferrari because I have an inherent bias toward classics.

Even if it is “reliable”, it is 13 year old vehicle.  A 13 year old 4Runner will need some things replaced if it hasn’t been well maintained.  Land Rover just means those repairs will cost more than a college student can afford.  Although I guess this college student has a decent budget.

My dad was 6'-2" and 260 lbs at the time so just imagine the two of them crammed into a 95' burgundy (with a tan top) M-Edition.

You and I have very different definitions of “blast.” Yes, I’ve driven one.

The high - mid level optioned Camry take is wrong.

Any entry-level BMW, Mercedes, or Audi.

Not a slide show?

The only thing that brings me joy when I see that, is knowing that they’re sending their turbos to an early, expensive grave. And wiping their warranty in the process, if it has warranty.

You should go into severe denial about it. That’s how my in-laws rationalize rolling coal.
