I wouldn't technically call it dancing, more like exercise set to music. A lot of the moves are based on dance but have been modified for people like me who have no dance training or ability. There are a few parts I half-way do a move because it causes my knee to ache if I do it as shown.

It is mostly side to side and sliding movements. There are a few parts that have "small hops" but I wouldn't think that would cause to much noise.
