This is an interesting read, and an even more interesting dilemma. It’s absolutely fantastic that people are starting to listen and believe women when it comes to a man in a position of power, especially in small, insular fields like this.

Let me preface this by saying I completely agree that much of child support rules only punish the poor. Genuine hardship should not result in a suspended license, or being put in jail.

I really loved this interview, and I need to read this book. What I really loved, though, was the part about how the importance of strong friendships is rarely mentioned- especially if you come from a family that you’re not really close to, or have no family.

It’s not so much lost time (as if women depreciate or something, which I don’t buy)

And some people are only going to love them more for it. Especially Price. That man. Dallas is never going to be rid of him.
