He probably DOES go up a size. Or two. He isn’t exactly proportionate, after all. He just doesn’t have a stylist or tailor. Or at least refuses to see one because he likely believes he can be a “perfect” size whatever.

The dude is crazy. This isn’t “lockroom banter” - it’s not exactly the same as those “fuck, marry or throw off a cliff” discussions a 16 year old might have (and I admit I’ve done that myself), it’s just plain insulting.

WTF is WRONG with this guy?

I don’t think kids his age are on hormones yet. He’s EIGHT!

What? So it can’t be gluten-free/Paleo-friendly “bread” made from almond flour?

Yeah, but skinny jeans and leggings are GREAT for those of us who live in colder climates. Regular pants and muddy/snowy streets don’t mix.

Black pumps. Or find a friend who is going to Asia. Lots of small sizes there!

Try being 4 1/2! Stuart Weitzman FTW. At least I can order at a trunk show - pay 50% at the time of ordering, pay the rest at pick-up. Seems more budget-friendly that way.

Did you go down a size recently? Gap’s inseams are shorter for anything size 2 or smaller - at least they were 10 years ago. I haven’t bought pants there since 2006.

Kinda ugly and I think this one might be harder to prove. I’m not sure if anyone “owns” furry shoes like, say, Christian Louboutain “owns” the red sole.

That’s the thing. When cosmetics lines are launched for “people of colo(u)r,” it usually means black/African heritage (and some South Asians). It doesn’t mean ALL non-white people. That’s where things get confusing.

I use La Roche-Posay, SPF 60. If you use this brand BUY THE CREAM, not the lotion. The lotion sheds and it’s really gross. I don’t really “get” the whole struggle issue of buying skincare products for so-called “ethnic” skintones. I’ve never really had issues, save for drugstore brands. But maybe East Asian skintones

North American culture hugs too much - something I’m REALLY uncomfortable with. Generally, I only hug very close family members I see regularly, my husband and friends I haven’t seen in a long time (and I’ve known since at least undergrad). My husband’s cousins (and my in-laws, who live in another city) find it

So is any of the money going to charity?

Looks like it’s going to be at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) this year, so you can always come up to see it - provided that you can get tickets.

Man buns + men 45+ = DOESN’T WORK (unless they are in a period piece set in East Asia...oh wait, he WAS in one...but he’s no longer filming now, so it should be OFF). I don’t think men over a certain age should have them. #yesiamageist #idontcarethatiamageist

We just want to be seen as “real” as well. Typical sample sizes are just as real as size 12 and both are just as real as size 24 or whatever sizes are out there.

I’d love to see Simone model for the petite line of a well-known clothing brand. Or a petite-only clothing line. Yeah, I get that she’s way shorter than the “typical” petite woman, but it would be WAY COOL. Sort of like seeing a size 26 plus size model.

I sort of get it - I was once yelled at for bringing in coffee. I suppose they were worried about accidents? Dunno. The restroom comment was rude, however. Now, if I were yelled at while nursing on a mall bench, then I’d have issues. Or the food court.

I LOVE potlucks! Lately, I’ve been thinking of making food that is a mix of my “ethnic” heritage and my fairly diverse, Toronto upbringing. Foods which would likely make my ancestors turn in their graves. SCREW THEM, I say! :P
