So the EPA “fines” those dirty automakers for making cars that we want to buy. Those fines get passed down to the consumer as an increase in the price of the vehicle. So really they’re a “tax” on anyone buying a vehicle other than a Prius or otherwise very efficient car.

They never made a v6. They had a 2.2l NA I4 and a 2.0L DI Turbo I4 (same engine, just a shorter stroke).

I’ll 1+ the solstice, but if you buy one, please get the GXP model. You’ll thank me for the 87 extra hp and 93 more torques that the turbo on the GXP provides (total of 260 hp, 260 ft.lbs). It’s a really fun (and at <3000lbs, very nimble) little car to drive, and looks quite good IMO. The turbo 2.0 in the GXP also…
