It’s wonderful. Obviously not as good as a full rise, but it lets you comfortably sit upright and get stuff done. Clutch jobs are easy as hell.

Because it’s overpriced by about $3k. You’d have to be mad to buy an FTR for the same price as a monster 1200. 

Big bikes are heavy dude. The VTX1800 I toured on last year was over 900lb with gear loaded (without rider). Didn’t really notice while moving and it helped on the highway.

Funny, over 15 years on, and they have finally almost caught the motor specs of the Honda VTX1800c. The real question is... does it do rolling 2nd and 3rd gear burnouts like my old VTX did.
