My Focus will spill oil out of the filter every, damn, time. I’ve been punching a hole in the bottom of the filter with an old ice pick, let the oil drain out. Toledo has both permanent and mobile cameras.

Toledo P.D. have mobile speed cameras, so they just take a laser measure of your speed, snap a photo and mail you a ticket, all at the same time.
