As always, it depends on where you live. In the US of A, it varies by state.
Beat me to the Kelly’s Heroes reference by two minutes!
Someone should make a movie about this. I can see it now. Desperate soldiers, in the middle of a war, smuggling gold bars out of a bank, in the belly of a tank. I’m going to start writing the screen play right now. It’ll be new, exciting concept, never done before in Hollywood! I wonder why it’s never been done…
Every real estate appraiser working today takes photos “in traffic”. But, what we photograph are stationary and on residential streets, typically. Every once in a while I have to snap a pic of a house on a busy street, but I try to pull off the street and out of the way of semi-trucks barreling down the road.
I’m 6'4" tall, about 220 pounds and closing in on 50 years old. I have a wife and two teenagers, one of which is 6' tall and growing fast. I drive a 2006 Focus 2-door hatchback because it fits my needs very well. My wife has a Chrysler T & C which is very useful for those long trips to the grandparents and grocery…
And, cross posted to Jezebel. Have fun getting all kinds of hell for the rest of the day. ;)
Fuck, my car has 153,000 miles on it.
Ford must have copied that for the 2.0 liter engine in my Focus. The thermostat is buried under several hoses and wires, and requires either removing said components, or having an absurdly long ratchet extension to remove the bolts that hold it to the mounting points.
Yep, seen it. And yes, it is the new Dana factory, which should be nearing completion. There was talk during Jeeps 75th anniversary, of having an off-road course at the old Jeep Plant. Being Toledo, it never got off the ground, unfortunately.
That plant was so old and out-dated, it was only a matter of time before it was shuttered. Keeping an old, abandoned building around is not my idea of good urban planning. There is a new Dana axle facility being built on that site, as well as other manufacturing, so it’s finally being put to use.
How about “Tranny”, or is that more trouble than it is worth, in today’s climate?
It’s 63 days. After that, the 30% penalty kicks in.
