Funny you post this. I just got my recall work done for my potential carbon monoxide leak, and a power steering computer reprogramming on my ‘14 Police Interceptor Utility today.

Seriously. Being blind while my eyes re adjust to the dark after passing someone like that is the worse.
“Instead of fixing it, I drove around for a couple weeks using my brights, because I’m a lazy asshole.”
The instrument panel on my 2000 Accord Coupe had the Ford logo on it! (behind the trim pieces, of course)
My friend Clay learned from that day on never to use a breaker bar to tighten a bolt, because it doesn’t take much force to break something when you’re yanking on a two-foot pipe.
My dad worked for Ford Electronics that later became Visteon. They would make parts (ignition modules, sat radio, others) with the Ford logo stamped in the Aluminum, and then send them over to machining to have the logos milled off and sell them to GM.
I always assumed they wanted in on it because cars were a trillion dollar industry. Not that I disagree with your point, google is in the business of making money from what you know and want, but shit, they very well may care a little more about selling a 5 figure product to a billion potential customers.

For the past few years, I’ve held a dark secret: while my colleagues scrambled to learn about the all-new 2018 Jeep…
I agree 100%. Looking back at the response to/handling of the 2008 crisis, there is plenty to second-guess and criticize. But at the time, there was at least no doubt in the financial sector that Hank Paulson, Ben Bernanke, and even George W. Bush were adults who were going to try to make good choices and do what was…
We are sooooooo transcendently fucked if anything bad happens economically.
Hamno you keep making these predictions everyday and by god one day you’ll be right!
If this is in earnest, I’m sorry.
Mid-term election historically hurt the party of the current president. I do see the Democrats taking over the House as a real possibility.
