I’m all for regulations where the environment is concerned, and I’m pretty sure there are lots of regulations on oil pipelines.

We all use oil, when you drive in or ride in a car or bus, you use oil directly. When you purchase or consume any product, you use oil indirectly because those products had to be produced and transported.

I think it would be more accurate to say ‘men are afraid of the consequences of touching boobies.’

Which victim are you referring to? If the allegation is false, George Takei is the victim.

If the allegations are untrue, Takei is the victim and the accuser is the predator. It all hinges on whether the allegations are valid, and the burden of proof is on the accuser.

How do you prove or disprove allegations about events from years ago? Once an allegation like this is made, how does one clear their name?

Ummm, cultural appropriation much? Isn’t this blackwashing?

Also, isn’t sending nude pics to a minor a crime? The excuse “I didn’t know she was underage” usually doesn’t work.

Actually anyone who is against racism should be against... well... racism.

Gross!

The first question that comes to mind is, do we really want President Mike Pence? I think not. Donald Trump is overall very ineffective due to his lack of political skill and his abrasiveness. Mike Pence would be far more skillful in moving the country in the wrong direction.

Or, if only Björk would say who it was.

Then should boys be allowed to join the Girl Scouts?

Recently I was having lunch with a group of coworkers, they are all conservatives, I’m the lone liberal. We started talking politics and one of my coworkers asked me if I would like to see Trump either impeached or leave office on his own. I replied “No.” when they asked me why, I said “I think Mike Pence would be far

For a long time conservatives would watch BLM protests turn violent, and say “I support peaceful protests but not this violence.” Well now we have peaceful protests and they still can’t stand it.

Why stop with movies? How about boycotting cars that aren’t built by women? Or stop driving those cars on roads that aren’t built and maintained by women? On almost every construction site I pass, I see virtually only men building houses and buildings, stop living in those houses and stop working in those buildings.

Careful there... it’s a slippery slope once you start making fun of a person’s physical characteristics.

This is good, everyone who commits violence at these rallies should be arrested and prosecuted. I agree with their right to peaceful free speech and free assembly, but anyone who resorts to violence should be punished.

I think the police handled this fairly well. They didn’t exacerbate the situation by trying to make arrests on the spot. They waited and are arresting the criminals later.

You have to at least acknowledge that they have the right to peaceful protest. If not, you do not understand the first amendment and the freedom of speech.
