I think you have to take off your shoes before getting on the emergency inflatable slide that gets you off of the plane. Not that I’ve had experience with it myself, I’ve just seen other people do it. You don’t want to puncture it and have other people injured or stuck on the plane.

There’s LEGO-type candy, but I don’t know about croutons.

I eat salads!

I did not see anywhere it said they were even together.

I would never get dressed up to fly now. You should dress comfortably with slip on shoes for reasons like if the plane makes an emergency landing and they want you off the plane as soon as possible and they haven’t got time to wait for people to deal with their shoes or whatever.

There’s an episode of I Love Lucy where Lucy and Ethel talk about wanting to go do something, but they end up not going because they aren’t dressed up enough to get on the subway.

She could do one of those Snickers commercials.

My husband’s family went to a Chinese place, and they were certain that one of them was repeatedly asked if he wanted a “nice surprise.” And they wondered why only one of them warranted a nice surprise. If he’s getting a nice surprise, shouldn’t everybody get a nice surprise?

Oh, when my husband was a kid he would only order hamburgers. So, you are right about the ethnic food places having the kid menu with different food. My husband’s dad was a Mexican-American and they mostly went to Mexican restaurants, but my husband and his brother just had to have hamburgers. And of course now my

Most of the time it is one free kid meal per paying adult, so couples are only going to get two free meals and the gaggle of teenagers by themselves aren’t getting anything even if they look like they’re ten.

This is a great idea.

Right?  All the extra channels I usually have no interest in.  Occasionally Comet and Heroes and maybe two others, and two minutes here and there on the weather thing.  That’s about it.

They are the best.  Even if my checker didn’t catch it, she still had everything else done so fast that the time it took me to go and get something else I probably still got out of the store sooner than I would have anywhere else without the mistake.

Some of their prices are like Walmart, but their employees get treated more like Whole Paycheck. Win win.

The checkers at Aldi are already too fast for me. I can’t see what I’m being charged while it is being rung up. But I can only recall once having something ring up wrong, so not much of a problem. Everywhere else, this is a problem.

Legally, they are supposed to make up the difference. However, I don’t know if that would be broken down by shift or by day or by week or whatever. I would think that it would be by paycheck, so if you get paid every two weeks, and one day or one week was good enough to make up for getting below minimum wage the rest

I never took the SAT and I went to University of Texas at Arlington.

They pretty much never let me get my tubes tied.  I’ve always known that I would never want kids, and I went to get try to get something done about it when I was 22 or 23.  I’m past 50 now.
