According to the made up math I just did in my head; at 250mph the directed airflow from the front wheels will produce thrust equivalent to 1 VW Beetle.
I don’t think the tires makes them less interesting, but I am dying to know what kind of times these cars would run with slicks. It’s really impossible to compare formula E to other types of racing when they have that massive tire disadvantage.
