I see just another attempt to twist some “facts’ to support your narrative. She didn’t break any oath since she was revealing those who had already committed war crimes. I would even say that NOT revealing war crimes would be breaking her oath.

Except for all the instances of war crimes released. Just because they decided not to punish anyone in order to bolster their kangaroo court case against Manning doesn’t mean those things weren’t revealed.
