I see this as a Theo Walcott out deal. Vardy is two years older it is true, but he supplies the speed like Walcott but is a better finisher, more direct and stronger on the ball. I still think they need another striker, one who can create his own chances, but I think Vardy makes sense (assuming Theo is out).

Flour tortillas are definitely used often when a corn tortilla is more authentic, but flour tortillas are not in and of themselves inauthentic. They are more popular in Northern Mexico, so maybe Mexico City not so much.

I am not anti-bowl, but a couple of counterpoints: burrito bowls get cold faster, in my experience; and burritos are portable. Interestingly, burrito bowls are probably more authentic than burritos.
