I can access all of my media on my Mac through my iPad (using Air Video) and play it on my Apple TV. You can also access everything in your iTunes library through the Apple TV. That's pretty sweet. If it supported Amazon's Prime Video service, that would negate the need for a Roku box. Aside from that, I'm very happy…
Agreed. I've played both games. A "projectile" is the only similarity between them. That's it.
They've been through so many preparations on Project Vulcan. Seven of them failed: A, B, C, D, E, F and G. But they finally settled on Preparation H.
The high-def screen is a massive upgrade. Which is all the more impressive considering that the 10 hour battery life is still intact. Plus the addition of a camera upgrade. Plus 4G. The only thing I can think of to improve the iPad (aside from updating the iOS desktop) is adding stereo speakers.
Signed,
Don't think we haven't noticed you adding pink feral hog slime to your feral hog burgers, because we have. ...and you've even been adding it to your butchered deer burgers too! Which is really messed up, because you actually had pink deer slime and didn't want to use it. What kind of monster are you?
If the iPad is basically a bigger iPod, they sure did a craptastic job with the main feature: the Music app. The controls are way too small. You can't access the equalizer in the app. You can't view song lyrics that you've added in iTunes. They couldn't even bother highlighting the song that you're playing. The only…
I use my iPad 2 all the time. I use Facetime and Skype to keep in touch with my husband's parents and my mother. I use Air Video to play any video from my Mac on my Apple TV via my iPad. I bought a Bluetooth speaker so I can listen to music while showering, and I watch Netflix programming while I'm in the kitchen. I…
What does middle clicking on a link suppose to do? Usually, I will either hold down the Command key and click on a link to open it in a new tab OR right click on it to open it in a new window.
Because I don't want to have to make room for a PS3 and PS4 in my entertainment system if I don't need to. (Some people have an X-Box and Wi too.) That's why I bought a PS3 that could play PS1 and PS2 titles. Otherwise, I'd have my PS2 and PS3 and eventually a PS4 on display.
LOL... sorry, chartreuse. I didn't mean to insult you! I'm sure Date & Time settings thinks you're very important.
Is there a rhyme or reason to the seemingly random blocks of color assigned to everything? Red, blue, light blue, dark blue, purple, orange, green, maroon.
I'll preface this by saying that I don't have an iPhone or Android phone. But even I could tell this test was clearly made to give Google Voice Actions the advantage. Can GVA handle the complex scenarios that are listed on Apple's Siri webpage? Such as: "Remind me to buy eggs when I get to the supermarket." or "Where…
So how do you completely remove the Home button, when it serves a lot of different functions on the iPad? It quits apps that are running (If multi-touch is used in the app, how can you use multi-touch to quit the app?), it brings up the previous used apps, brings up the iPod controls when in sleep mode, it turns off…
iOS 5 introduced tabbed browsing in Safari. The only thing it won't do is open a folder of links in tabs.
I'd actually vote for Checker Board Face™, before I'd vote for any GOP candidate. Although he is a bit inflexible when it comes to social issues. He's tends to see everything as either black or white.
I really don't understand the Safari hate from most Mac users. Safari 5 has extensions. I've got over a dozen installed... Adblock, click to flash, facebook/flickr photo zoom, google translate, URL shortener, ultimate status bar, YouTube tweaks, etc. It also has Reader and Reading List.
So no comedies then? (See what I did there?) Yeah, sadly, it was a horrible movie.
We recently bought a house, and the previous owners had remodeled the kitchen with high-end appliances (as if they were chefs), including a huge Sub-Zero refrigerator. The thing that pisses me off is that this preposterously expense fridge (that probably costs as much as car) doesn't even have ice and water in the…
