I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembered the camera being destroyed. It was run over by a truck so it's not like he took it home and fixed it. Too bad the writers didn't remember.

It was less a "tease" than someone exploring his options. I've considered jobs I ended up not taking. You haven't?
Jimmy was an honorary member of the Legion in the comics so it wouldn't have been far off.
Thanks for the term "technobauble." I need to remember that. Alfred Hitchcock used the term "MacGuffin" in a similar manner.
“Supergirl’s consistently lazy writing” is at the root of most of what's wrong with the show, starting with the timeline.
I started to suspect when they were bickering at work. It's standard romcom.
My private theory is that Kelly & Co. realize how dangerous Q-waves are and bury the research. The other option is simply bad writing.
It took a really long time for Nia to be honest with Brainy. I was almost yelling at the tv. Our daughter broke up with a guy in grade school because he was coming on too strong. If she could do it Nia should have been able.
A number of guest stars appeared on the old "Batman" tv show for similar reasons. It appears to be something of a tradition.
I’m sorta hoping Nia and Brainy will work things out but his "It's not you, it's me," speech leaves a lot of doubt.
Can't really agree that Eve "had it coming." She was being coerced at the time but Lena, who thinks nothing of betrayal and manipulation when she's the one doing it, can't forgive her.
Pretty much everything that's wrong with the show can be attributed to bad/lazy writing.
I started to suspect when they were bickering at work. Standard romcom setup.
My private theory is that Kelly & Co. decide Q-rays are too dangerous and bury the research so that it’s not rediscovered until much later. The other explanation is bad writing.
You said, “She hasn’t talked to anybody else about reveal yet.” The identity of “she” wasn’t obvious but who would *Lena* talk to without spilling the secret since she doesn’t know who else already knows?
That’s my guess as well but Andrea isn’t imposing some arbitrary schedule because it promotes productivity but in order to establish who is boss.
Last season the big moral debate was whether Lena should give humans powers. This business of remaking humanity is a running theme with Lena.
Yes, the assumption is that women can’t be sexist just like minorities can’t be prejudiced. But I think the real idea is that Andrea doesn’t want CatCo to do real news, just water cooler fluff. Demoting a Pulitzer winning journalist (whether she deserved said Pulitzer or not) to copy editor because of *one* screwup is…
Okay, that makes sense. I thought that was just a reflection originally.
1. Yes, they are. It's standard romcom at this point.
