Krypto is drawn front on (sorry, I don't know the artistic term). If you look you can see one of his hind paws. No half a dog.

The timeline was reset at the end of Crisis so we don’t know how long they had been together at that point. The show could still be taking place in more-or-less ”real time” relative to the other shows.

I hadn’t picked up on Diggle's use of the past tense until now but my explanation, as usual, is bad writing.

A few episodes ago they sent Sophie, the younger daughter, to stay with friends/relatives. Since she had no clue what had happened, I have to wonder just how far away she was.

My usual random thoughts:

I thought the red beam was red sun energy, which shouldn't hurt a Kryptonian, just take away their powers. That major departure from canon came about during the JHI arc. It's honestly like these people have zero knowledge of the source material.

Considering she doesn't even seem to know Kara these days, I wouldn't put any bets on it.

It doesn’t help that different episodes appear to take place in different continuities. I didn’t pay attention to the writing credits but making the twins Lois’ first pregnancy after she specifically said she miscarried her first was a bit jarring. I strongly suspect different writing teams who had little clue what

How/why would Lois know Diggle?

My usual random thoughts:
1. How long was Clark gone? He was a teenager when he left home and he returned as an adult.
2. Obviously long enough for Lana to get engaged. Supergirl has always been sloppy with its timeline, can we expect more of the same? How did he explain his absence?
3. Martha still made the super

a completely unqualified white man is hired for a job just because he asks Perry White nicely.”

No, there was a Morgan Edge on Supergirl but he didn't stick around and the character wasn't developed.

Actually, Kara is the youngest at this point. Clark and Edge apparently arrived at about the same time and Edge was already older. No clue if he and Kara were the same age at that point. Meanwhile, Kara didn’t age while she was in the Phantom Zone so she’s now the “baby.”

Well, we did almost get Lana as Superwoman so maybe that's something.

My usual random thoughts:

The comics addressed it but the series is content to pretend basic science simply doesn't exist. I mean, I get that it's a comic book show but there are some things you just can't ignore.

Apples and oranges but if Kara, who is awful as a reporter, won a Pulitzer on her show, I can believe Lois has a mantle full. The problem is, the writers don't seem to know anything about what reporters actually do.

Leslie is from Smallville too but she doesn't appear to have any blackout issues. Whatever personality she has seems to be on 24/7.

IIRC, there was a thing in the comics that Superman could absorb the energy that would normally create a sonic boom. And if he flew 1400 miles in a couple of minutes he was really traveling, say 40,000mph, well above escape velocity. He must’ve flown a suborbital arc that took him above the atmosphere.

I'll have to rewatch but I can live with that. The remaining points continue to annoy.
