You forgot Cat Grant. And isn't Non dead? Even if he'd survived his battle with Kara that left him blind or worse, he would've been on Ft. Rozz and been exposed to male-killer rays.

I wondered how they ended up in Metropolis too.

It's unlikely they'll keep Red Kara around so I predict a sad death, possibly while saving Mikhail.

In the comic in question it was all a prank that ended with Jimmy being made an honorary member of the Legion.

I thought it was Sinatra. It was his signature song after all. I'd have to listen again.

Less that Lex orchestrated things than that he found someone who was in a position to be manipulated.

Yeah, it reminded me of Kara's ongoing love affair with food. They're definitely cut from the same cloth.

Kasnians, for the same reason Marvel talks about the “Maggia.”

I predict the kid (Mikhail FWIW) will turn out to be pivotal and Lex's undoing.

That reminds me, do you suppose Eve’s switch to black pantyhose was some subtle hint that she was “going over to the dark side"? Or am I reading too much into it?

You clearly have more faith in the writers than I do.

Livewire was her “recurring arch-nemesis" but unfortunately they killed her off.

I don't remember if they spelled it out but I'd guess the writers will come up with a reset switch when the time comes. OTOH, it might be interesting to have them get to know one another all over again.

Ya know, that makes a lot of sense. Too bad the writers probably aren't thinking in those terms.

I can also see them teaming up. Lena has saved the day multiple times and, as AmaltheaElanor said, the contrast with Lex makes it pretty clear she's not evil. I doubt she'll learn Kara's secret identity though.

And now my usual random thoughts:

Lockwood is way too far down the chain of succession to be President without being elected. The entire Cabinet and half of Congress would have to be gone first.

Shouldn't that be "Lex Luthor And Fiends"? Sorry, I stole that from Rocky And Bullwinkle.

Nobody could come up with a satisfying solution to racism, even in a fantasy universe. That doesn’t mean you just stop talking about it. I hope the show continues that plot thread.

Some of us were saying the same thing in season 1 when it seemed like she was only fighting leftover Superman villains but there's a certain amount of precedent. Years ago in the comics she fought Brainiac, the original green-with-electrodes-on-his-head version. With Lena around, it was inevitable Lex would show up.
