Oh Donnaaaaaaa! Donna Strunk!!!

I think about 1/280th of the people care of Briggitte in comparison so the amount of ppl that care of Beyonce.

“No word on a possible motive.”

We need good security:

No, yet it feels so right.

I’m 62 and can’t imagine the horror of having a baby when I was in my mid-fifties. Middle-of-the-night feedings, poop-filled diapers, drooling, teething ... an emphatic hell no to all that! There’s a reason our most fertile years happen while we’re relatively young.

Yes, employees are not supposed to do anything, other than report it to their manager. Stores don’t want employees getting hurt (and then turning around and suing them) and they also don’t want customers being incorrectly accused (and then turning around and suing them). Same goes for bank robberies, btw. ‘Course the

I mean, I imagine it wouldn’t be that difficult to steal from most stores. Aside from most being pretty wide-open places that you can easily walk in and out of, what employee making minimum wage is going to risk getting hurt over shoplifting? (In fact, I think most stores have policies against their employees

If they’re the shitty see-thru ones, more like 5 cents.

Because retail workers don’t get paid enough to put their lives at risk to defend clothes.

As a former GM for Banana Republic, I can attest to this.  Gap Inc’s policy is to allow anyone to do anything.  You are not to interfere once someone starts.  I watched half a chino wall be taken, shelf by shelf.  It happens all the time.

If you let the video keep running, the next story is that someone took a pick axe to Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame overnight and completely removed it. A feel-good story about vandalism.

So like 5 pairs then?

According to their advertising, Lululemon is all about making you feel more confident and brave. The thieves were obviously feeling those vibes.

leggings are among the most expensive item in the store, averaging about $100 each.

$100 leggings?  Remind me again who is doing the actual stealing here?

A couple of things.

I feel like the 148 pairs of stolen leggings may have been priced at $17,000, but there is no way that 148 pairs of leggings is $17,000-worth of leggings.

Ok, I understand no one in the store confronting them. Besides the sheer shock at the audacity, a lot of places tell employees not to confront thieves themselves so no one gets hurt.

HARD PASS on any more babies. I’m 40 and just thinking about going back to diapers and no sleep makes me want to die/throat punch.
