No, the NSX has a RLX-variant setup that uses as rear engine and front electric motor. The MDX copied the RLX, which did it first in 2014

Don’t forget that the Acura RLX Sport Hybrid did this 1st with the electric motors powering the rear wheels. It was the NSX that came along after and applied the backwards setup from it
