You seem to be intentionally overlooking the fact that most people are outraged because she literally risked the annoying customer’s life/health/safety/wellbeing by calling the cops to remove him. Once upon a time, someone speaking on behalf of/in defense of Monsanto on TV stated that it was safe to drink, then refused to drink it. So the juror didn’t completely pull that out off thin air. It’s not like Monsanto ever went out of its way to correct that statement.

Based on these comments: a lobbyist or lawyer or employee or executive defending Monsanto in a TV interview said it was safe enough to drink, then refused to do so.
