Things are going to get pretty awkward next season as far as people from different universes are concerned...

We’ll see.

When I saw Max sleeping with Court while snoring, I’m reminded of my late pug, who probably didn’t snore half as loud. LOL

Oh, I remember Demolisher!

If you’re talking about that priest, then maybe.

Why do I get the feeling that Jonathan’s turning into Brad Taylor? ;)

Now playing

How long before we meet someone like Darth Sidious who can prey on Rick’s frustrations, Beth’s helplessness and Yolanda’s guilt struggle? All they need is a sympathetic ear, and a subtle but effective push towards the dark side. I mean, it looks like Yolanda’s being haunted by something that’s forcing her to relive

This episode makes me want to get back to bowling as soon as COVID is over!

What an awesome lightsaber-like duel that was! Couldn’t believe it! Also, “Duel of the Race” sounds rather appropriate.

When Superman shouted out to Jordon from the Badlands, I instantly thought of when a weak and wounded Luke Skywalker reached out to Leia in The Empire Strikes Back. Just goes to show that family bonding runs deep, Force-sensitive, super-powered or otherwise.

Godspeed isn’t Bart’s Thawne. He is, in fact, Bart’s Zoloman. How do I know? Barry never got to see Thawne murder Nora as a kid, but he was forced to stand helpless and watch as Zoom kill Henry (the doppelganger of Jay Garrick):

Man, this Godspeed episode was such a delight. One minute, you’ve got them on the run; the next, you’re on the run. One minute, you regain the upper hand; the next, a Godspeed clone figures out what you’re doing and has you back on the defensive. And just when all seems lost for you... out comes a feud like the one

So Clark Kent loves Seinfeld, eh? I wonder if he’ll teach his boys the joys of Festivus: the Airing of Grievances, the Feats of Strength... LOL

I was right: That Psycho Pirate mask does make Cecile look like a Yautja (Predator). Maybe it’s her hair that makes the appearance complete. Plus, seeing her in the Thinker’s chair gets me thinking of a Yautja pilot. Not too shabby.

I’m pretty sure the Joker would’ve liked Carrie Bates, the way she’s making people smile a lot. ;)

I tell you, this episode was such a delight that I couldn’t resist a few bouts of laughter. Especially when it comes the Astra plot.

Since this little break, I got inspired to watch Smallville to give me an idea of what it was like for Clark back in those days. So far, I got to complete three seasons; putting the others on hold until Season 1 of Superman & Lois is complete. No spoilers, mind. ;)

I’m glad they actually brought up Dementors, Boggarts and Patronuses in this mid-season finale. Also, when you look at Nia, Alex and Lena’s eyes in Kelly’s nightmare, it’s like they’ve all gone Sith.

I’m telling you, after seeing episodes full of space dementors (Phantoms), this two-parter sure knows how to make a good time-turner for Season 6. But I will be honest: it’s a lot more chaotic than Prisoner of Azkaban.

Ooh... Now that’s a juicy theory!
