Xbox One for me. No ps4, or maybe in a few years. Pre-ordered day one.

Damn, I've been putting up with their junk email for months (since I reserved the Xbox one in June), resisting the temptation to unsubscribe from the constant flow of windows tablet and laptop emails, just so I wouldn't miss this type of xbox one email.
And I didn't even get an email!

I know if I did this at my job during a 3 hour hearing, I'd be fired.
Or at least not post to twitter mocking it.

Obvious in between step of the ps4 and the ps9 as we saw on the TV commercials a few years ago. :)

So which fantasy site is going to be supported for now? Is it "NFL.com" fantasy football?

Yeah, true a lot to drop at once. Here's hoping it'll last another 7 years. I am doing something similar, I'm selling my 360 and my gf’s Ps3 without asking to fund my Xbox One. :) I might get a ps4 down the line after a price drop - even if that is over a couple of years away.

Looks like I might have to cancel my launch ps4 order I placed on Amazon back in June (when they first started accepting them). Believe me, there are hundreds of them being held strictly for resale (from visiting other forums), and they are getting nervous too. Although some seem fine with making $20-30 on a console…

Controller costs $60, not 50. Buying separately can save you $0.01 though :)

But isn't this less than the ps3 cost at launch? -_-

Am really curious about how this will work with a TiVo.. if I'll still be able to access my recordings if I have it passing through the Xbox One.
I didn't really think about this until now.

I never expected to be able to access recordings through the xbox interface, I understand it would just be an overlay for Live TV.

Under the section "Buy a 90-degree or swivel HDMI coupler", are those the right adapters at monoprice? Seems to me that one of them should have a male end, not female to female. Otherwise it seems like it would just act as an extension to connect two hdmi cables.

Would these "port savers" be more appropriate?

There are plenty of sellers on eBay that are selling their copies of madden for around $50, WITHOUT the NFL Sunday ticket included. That is, they only want the Sunday Ticket subscription and don't want the game.
For those who only want the game, it may be a good option.

I am annoyed by those who say "this is ok, because they weren't going to buy it anyway."

That's what I thought too. Seems like something I could download for $10-15 on a ps3.

Interesting that the DS4 has a light on the back/top of the controller for the camera to see, yet the camera isn't a standard accessory! It is sold separately.
