For call quality to be better, both people must be on an HD Voice enabled phone. For example, in the US, T-Mobile is the only carrier that officially supports it (as far as the iPhone 5). Before this, only T-Mobile customers calling one another can experience this.
The Apple TV is just $99 (or $85 if you buy a refurb directly from Apple). Add a bluetooth controller mentioned in this story, and you're all set. Many of the "best looking" iOS games go on sale often too (such as today, Infinity Blade 2 is at .99 cents).

No one is saying it was a perfect system to implement. But a lot of those features were very cool to have, and you can't have all of that without DRM.
Yes. I was looking forward to all of that. Never needing to get off the couch to change discs. Or going over to a friends with no disc, signing in, and being able to play my games.
Am I the only one who was OK with the old policies? I'm not saying they were perfect, but they had their positives.
The article isn't very clear, but this news only applies to those still under their $30 unlimited data plan for iPhone.
oh my gawd, loved that video, loved the soundtrack lol. Even like the table it was on.
The two posts don't necessarily conflict with each other in regards to battery advice, but it seems like the same rules of what we've known to be proper battery care don't apply to phone (li ion) batteries:
I always figured it's because it is much easier to fit things into a large phone than a small one. You need a 5" phone to cram in all that battery so it doesn't die in an hour, due to the (older now) LTE chips and what ever else. To make it smaller meant not being able to have these little things.
This. I mean how is it an issue when you can even add a shortcut to your home screen?
Damn Apple tax. I mean... Asus tax??
Any tips on what to say exactly to have them remove the activation fee? Would love to save the $36. Thanks.
Thanks for the helpful posts. I may have to look into this.
Well I never did say the author was wrong, I was simply doing the math out loud for those of us who are under contract who must pay an early upgrade fee to see what we would need to sell our phone for to break even.
I'm trying to do the math, if this works while I'm on contract.. AT&T wants $250 early upgrade fee + $36 activation + $300 (iPhone 5 32gb) + $50ish in taxes. That's $635. And a new 2-year contract.
I sure hope that third party SSD's will be able to take advantage of the Power Nap feature in OS X Mountain Lion.
I kinda like that adapter, but wouldn't it cover up the speaker and the microphone?
What they need to do is say "OK, you both finished third, but only one person can go. We will cut each of you in half to create one runner for the olympics".
