For when this was tested at home with home wifi, the speedtest doesn’t really say anything because it’s not reliant on your ISP at all. Nothings going out there or coming back. With your Xbox and phone on the same home network, it’s all on your router, and all the variables that go with a home network.

It’s almost beyond comprehension how often Ubisoft has been making headlines for the wrong reasons this year. I had to check the date of the article to see if this was just one of the last few stories to make headlines. 

Microsoft said that there are now over 10 million game pass subscribers. And they’ll only be adding to that with the new consoles being packaged with game pass ultimate at $25-$35/mo. Numbers Stadia can only dream of.

I attended a conference where hotel owners confirmed that this has become more of a generational thing at this point. This is in California, so I guess values may vary across the country and world.

I don’t know that I’d do this if it’s a game you’re gifting. If you insert a game into an Xbox/ Switch/ PS4 for any updates, like this article says to do, the icon will remain on the home screen. So if the kid fires up their system between now and Christmas, they will see the game tile icon on the home screen.
