A carbon neutral NFT would have to have every transaction be powered by a carbon neutral power source or somehow offset its carbon. I fail to see how any NFT can ensure this so this idea of a carbon neutral NFT is preposterous.

Taking a vacation to Cancun ≠ attending to a newborn baby

Even if you didn’t give birth you clearly don’t fucking realize the sheer amount of work and effort newborns require. That and twins don’t double the work, it’s more like an exponential growth in required parenting effort.

I saw an interview with him a few days back (with Jake Tapper) and apparently he’s back. They had a discussion about parental leave as part of the interview. It’s amazing how pathetic the U.S. is when compared to our economic peers when it comes to leave policy. Buttigieg is a good interview. He’s a very sharp guy.

I have 2 kids and would have loved parental leave. My first born was born on a Saturday and by Tuesday work was calling non-stop asking when I would be back.

You’d be surprised the reactions some people have to a man taking parental leave. Add in the fact Pete is gay and you’ve got a double whammy of backward thinking.

At the same time, why does everything have to come down to legality and signed agreements for things like this. Shouldn’t a well functioning system be easy to navigate, transparent, and not rely on having to protect yourself all the time?  An ideal system here should be relatively “frictionless” so to speak.
