In my experience Genji and Reaper play more like assassins than harassers (Genji a little less so but it depends on the map). They can get behind enemy lines and choose when to pick fights, but they don’t have the mobility to effectively use hit-and-run tactics.

True if both try to snipe, but Hanzo can play a more aggressive midrange game too. It’s a combo that’s definitely pretty dependent on the enemy comp though.

Zarya’s actually not that noob-friendly IMO. She really needs to land her shields to be able to do anything, otherwise she’s squishy (for a tank), has very little utility and does very little damage. And landing good shields is actually pretty hard for a new player because it’s more difficult to predict when people

Did he say that? Because otherwise, that’s a huuuuge assumption. Especially in tech, there are a million and one completely innocuous reasons why someone might want to move on from their current job.

Sort of, if you go second. Enemy Innervates out Millhouse Manastorm, then you do Pyroblast x2 + Fireball x2 = 32 damage.

It’s always hard to get numbers but the ones I can find suggest that about 40% of Dark Souls’ sales have been on PC. That means that in terms of platforms, PC is probably most popular, though the consoles together beat PC.

The issue seems to be positional, usually when you get a certain distance from the bonfire when you first load the game. My guess is it’s a loading issue, because I’ve had some success just waiting around for 15-30 seconds before heading out. What might be happening is that something takes a while to load in the

Yeah, it shouldn’t be unintuitive, but for some reason people don’t seem to try E, myself included.

The game does have Binding of Isaac-style item unlocks (well, more Crypt of the Necrodancer, but whatever), in the sense that you unlock items that you can then find on future runs. It doesn’t have Rogue Legacy-style upgrades where you actually get statistically stronger from run to run, however.

You can skip the boss cutscenes! It’s just you have to press E to do so and that’s complete unintuitive for some reason.

Even Challenging mode gets to a point where it’s not really hard anymore. Not to the point where you can rush through without cover or easily solo it, but with good gear you lose a lot of the tension of actually dying.

The quarantine, which is implied to have happened sometime between weeks 1 and 2, started on or before Dec 3rd and was completed by the 8th. The Dark Zone was established after the 17th and walled off completely by the 26th. And the Survival Guide has references to dates as late as 1/7. So it’s been at least a month

DZ rank isn’t the normal leveling system, it’s more like a reputation system. All it does is let you open certain chests and buy stuff from certain vendors, and that only matters up to rank 50 I believe.

The 2d assets are sprites, they’re different from the 3d assets. You can see in the video that some of the objects don’t have 3d models yet and show up as sprites. Plus, I’m pretty sure Prison Architect is using a custom engine, not unity.

The words can be, sure. The clues are a lot harder to generate.

Not a lawyer so who knows, but to me puffery is subjective or exaggerated or unverifiable. Just saying “The Division blows Destiny out of the water” or something like “The Division makes you feel like you’re really in New York” would be puffery.

What? Texas has stricter laws on collecting judgments than many other states (you can’t garnish their wages or place a lien on their home), but that doesn’t mean the judgement disappears just because they can’t pay right away. And the court doesn’t collect civil judgments in any state; they award it, then it’s up to

I’m pretty sure people voted for the L-Block because the idea of the L-Block winning a character contest is hilarious. Just like people are voting for Undertale because it’s a recent game with a very strong cult following. It’s not hijacking, it’s a (mildly silly) zeitgeist.

For magazines, you don’t need to be carrying the magazine to have the perk. There’s really no reason not to either sell them or put them in a display cabinet.

The size bar is apparently measuring something along the lines of polygon count, so it’s probably on a per-object basis but also complicated enough that it’s difficult to display. However, the real problem is with the labeling; “Size” is way too generic. It clearly indicates some sort of limit but it could be anything
