Scotty from Happy Endings, perhaps?
He was also Abbi and Ilana's waiter in the first season finale of Broad City.

"Uh, I'd like to talk more about the president's daughter's lesbianism…"

Thanks for your viewpoint. I agree with pretty much all of it.

I DON'T COMMENT ON YOUR THREADS WITH LOGICAL REASONS DO I?

For real. It's a small touch that goes a long way in proving you love the story you're telling.

Has anyone else noticed that we haven't been getting new intro animation for a bunch of new locations this season? In the last two eps alone we had Horn Hill, Bear Island, Volantis, and the Glover homestead.

Admittedly, I was being hyperbolic. I'm a commenter on the internet. Sue me.

Yes. Thank you.

I've been a defender of this season, but wow nothing happened in this episode. Like seriously nothing.

Your summaries are great!
I will say that I find GoF and HBP to generally be the weaker of the series, despite their big moments. GoF suffers because it introduces so many new characters that we never see again, making the book feel like a black sheep, and HBP's tone veers alllll over the place. Not to mention the

The witchcraft controversy surrounding HP has always been so ridiculous to me. I grew up a conservative Christian and listening to people decry Rowling while in the same breath uplifting the works of Tolkien and Lewis was so frustrating.

Everything Rick Riordan writes should be right up my alley, but after reading the entire original Percy Jackson series, I can't bring myself to read anything else of his. What could be a novel concept is hampered by his constant pop culture references and teen-speak that, at best, sounds uncomfortably out of touch. It

The last panel of his latest issue has Cap saying, "Hail Hydra."

Nah. But I also don't think it's too much to assume Jaqen is one step ahead of her.

I agree with everything except your summation of Shipp as Storm. She made no impression on me. Not her fault, as she wasn't given time to do so. I'll watch her in the next film to fully say whether or not she usurps Halle Berry (an admittedly low bar).

I liked it. It's not as cathartic as Civil War, but as X-Men movies go- which is to say, they all tend to suffer from the same unavoidable things- I found this one to be another fine entry.

I see your A$AP Ferg/Missy Elliott, and raise you Miguel/Kacey Musgraves:

I stopped watching a while ago, but I wanted to drop in and show my appreciation for one of the things this show did consistently well: Sam Palladio and Clare Bowen's duets, especially the folksier tunes. Those were some legitimately good country songs.

I never watched all of S2, just made through the first couple of episodes. Did it ever invoke the pseudo-supernatural elements that made S1 so interesting?

But the original live-action Alice movie also made a shitton of money.
