I wish the outback came in a color combination like that.

I think it’s because of the flare over the wheel makes a gap. Kinda like the Porsche GT1.
Event Horizon? I don’t remember the specifics other than the movie was weird.
There really wasn’t much tech in Alien though. Maybe a few lines of dialogue to justify the self destruct sequence. The AI “Mother” probably played more a role than the ship. Now that I think about I’m picturing Mike Pence in that white room talking to Mother without other women present.
The Last Starfighter’s Starcar is totally class 4:
Robb did you consider different wheel/tire sizes for winter? I bet your Audi can’t install smaller diameter wheels due to brakes size, but I hem and haw over buying smaller wheels and cheaper tires or mounting winter tires on the wheels I already have. I do like the smaller wheels to increase sidewall to minimize…
Mrs Hidgolf and I have ridden the Surly Big Easy. It was fantastic but too dear. There’s one on craigslist for $3500 with 500 miles on it, but not in the cards this year.
Touche salesman, touche!
I’ve looked at those, hopefully in a year or two!
Someday maybe, they are hard to buy cheaply unless you find one used that is the right size for two people. The Co-Motion bikes are pretty neat but I bet they would only get used twice a year and storage and moving it would be a real chore:
Neutral: I ride my bicycle with my toddler. Currently thinking about upgrading to a touring bicycle or a cargo bike to better fit her.
This sounds plausible to me.
I don’t think tow ratings from 20 years ago aren’t really comparable to today. There really isn’t a standard method to certify tow rating in the US until 2008:
I like how most of those have a set of ‘Roo spotters in the front bumper.
Fleets will want a compact pickup, homeowners will just get a utility trailer for their Crossover.
I bet in 40 years Stratos owners will be hording the ct6-v’s just for engine parts. Would be a sweet garage combo.
The roofline/form factor of the Aztec really isn’t bad. If they had a true refresh I bet they could have improved it. The Torrent had a tidy appearance compared to the Equinox.
Rear facing for the novelty and privacy, but front facing for cargo and inclusiveness. My rear facing experience included lots of exhaust fumes from roll down rear windows.
That’s the best looking F150 grille too. Idk why more trims don’t have the simple mesh grille.
That might be true for double-digit percentage, but f150 can tow 3,000 pounds more than the Ridgeline. Again, a bunch of those tow items could be self inflicted with bigger RVs or boats.
