As a desert racer, I’d stick with the GM pushrod, even if it’s less cool.

And that (among other things) is why the roads in Michigan are shit.

In Michigan, the maximum gross vehicle weight is 164,000 pounds, when spread out over 11 axles. This is because we already had a law in place and were “grandfathered” in when the federal law was enacted.

That truck looks to be of a type that operate in Michigan all the time. The trailer has several more axles that normal. I’ve only seen them in Michigan (maybe other states allow for them too), so I don’t think it’s terribly common.

I was thinking the same. I deal with aviation fuel deliveries sometimes and the trucks are normally 8,000 to 8,400 gallons. 14,000 sounds way high, but who knows, maybe there are special trucks for it?

I’ve definitely never heard that term, and I also don’t really have a word for that city owned strip of grass, or in my case dirt and weeds.

How many actually see a trail regularly or any other form of truly rugged driving? Most of them are just cool looking family vehicles that see the occasional camp site, so that market is probably too small to appease.

But to the author who wrote the article, it makes sense right? Living in New York City has just about nothing to do with connecting cities and states to each other. The highways are still called interstates regardless of where they go.

Since probably 90% of all interstate traffic falls on the summation of those few dozen miles in each metropolis, I think they, and their history, carry a little more importance.

If it helps you sleep better at night I have an Exocet too. So I sorta did that already. Porsches all sound terrible (so do GM V6's though). Wagons aren’t cool. Old MR2's are fun.

Answer: the 3500 only came with an electronic throttle which the Megasquirt ECU can’t work with. 3400 UIM bolts right up to 3500 LIM.

This was true for the 2005 Lotus Elise too. To correct the problem, they added a “diffuser” to the molding of the plastic headlight cover in later models.

+1000 for boogie boards! Great for everything from independent doodling to tic-tac-toe to math pop quizzes.

I think that’s what the four different power modes are for. You choose how much “boost” gets applied to your own effort.

How do you know?

Also in places without 24 hour stores, often 1 store is a “hub store” and will have better hours so they can ship parts to the other stores.

Know where your 24 hour auto parts stores are if you're in a metroplex large enough to support them... although covid screwed up hours.

Went thru some Dremel Cut off Discs also

Always take the full plug out BEFORE the drain plug.
