I’ve worked in headlamp design and manufacturing, and these “modular” units are basically the only option for low volume manufacturers other than reusing existing headlamps (Nissan 300ZX headlamps on Diablos).

Front reminds me of the TVR Speed 12

It would be awesome if the side panel removed to do a water pump.  Like how Ferrari 360's have the hatch behind the seats to service the timing belt.

I think every dad wants their teen daugther to have a car like this.

It’s even the wagon....that’s glorious!

Super chargers generally reduce crush space between the hood and engine for pedestrian safety, too:

Jason’s article says the cars will be built in the US, which should avoid tariffs on finished product.

These videos extreme, but it’s not unusual to see soft mallets being used on door strikers and hinges on final inspection in domestic plants. It went something like this at a domestic sedan plant:

I like how the Gucci interior pieces are the small bolt on pieces.  Like it came down the line and Bob and Jim just pulled the Gucci headrests and arm rest out of a bag and slapped them in there.

Can one really mount a plow to a modern non Full Size Truck? That’s a bunch of weight to put on the front of a truck that probably wasnt designed for it.

Lotus Evora supercharger?

David: did you suggest a tailgate mounted Full size spare?  I saw one on a ford Ecosport and it but he’d it up a bit.

I hated the 400 and 800 series Escalades, but I agree Kristen!  Some marketing person probably assigned a value to brand Escalade.  Not *the* Escalade, but simply Escalade. Ugh.

The cat and turbo can be closer to combustion chambers making them more effective while reducing weight, and parts count.

Man, that sounds like an obscure SNL bit.  I really don’t think they would have much to talk about. They are both women, moms, and wealthy...but...

kinda a funny clip but I’m trying to understand the relavance other than the doorless gmt400 truck shown.

That TRX looks great.

They’d absolutely sell; there’s a big demographic of people who like weird incongruous vehicles like that.

Would a Hellcat street pickup truck sell right now?  High dollar pickups are off-road focused.  The GC Trackhawk is more of an AWD system right? It doesn’t have a Low Range.  For a low take rate, I can see developing a 4x4 system that could handle the Hellcat (maybe use Heavy Duty drivetrain?) engine would result in a

no mention of the digitally comically streched Escalade limo?
